Enderson is a results-oriented workforce solutions executive with proven ability to maximize resources, lead large-scale organizations, and drive cross-functional alignment to achieve organizational strategic goals. He has over 20 years of multi-cultural experience in strategic account leadership, P&L management, and healthcare enterprise recruitment across provider, physician/APP, clinical, and executive talent segments, including MSP, RPO, and VMS. Hands-on strategist and operator with a strong track record of building, leading, and scaling high-performing teams and strategic enterprise partnerships to drive growth across complex healthcare systems.
Currently serving as the Vice-President of Enterprise Strategic Clients at AMN Healthcare (NYSE: AMN), the leader and innovator in total talent solutions for healthcare organizations in the USA. AMN provides unparalleled access to the largest network of quality clinicians and physicians through its innovative recruitment strategies and breadth of career opportunities. Clients include acute-care hospitals, government facilities, community health centers and clinics, physician practice groups, and many other healthcare settings.
Enderson reports directly to AMN’s President of Technology and Workforce Solutions, and he is accountable for the success of AMN’s largest and most strategic clients with a portfolio of over $1 Billion USD. His primary responsibilities include forecasting and achieving operational targets, implementing client-related strategic initiatives, partnering with each service line leader to ensure P&L alignment and drive margin improvement, leading, scaling, and integrating AMN's total talent solutions across the client's enterprise, driving innovation throughout the portfolio, leading renewal strategy and growing existing partnerships, and building deep strategic senior executive relationships.
Enderson earned an MBA from Vanderbilt University Owen School of Management and a Master of Science (MSc) in Evidence-Based Healthcare from the University of Oxford with knowledge in value-based healthcare and the importance of evidence-based decision-making.
He is also the Co-Founder of the Oxford-Brazil EBM Alliance, a partnership between Oxford’s Center for Evidence-Based Medicine (CEBM) and the Evidence-Based Medicine (EBM) Departments of leading Brazilian medical schools, fostering sustainability and replicability of effective EBM teaching, practice, research, and learning in South America.
Awards include multiple AMN Healthcare’s President’s Forum Awards for Top Performance, Nashville Post’s “In Charge” Awards for Technology, Nashville Business Journal’s 40 Under 40, University of Oxford Spotlight, Vanderbilt Owen World Shapers Award, and Beta Gamma Sigma Honors for graduating top of MBA class at Vanderbilt Owen Graduate School of Management.
Enderson is a member of several professional organizations including the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), American Staffing Association (ASA), Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA), the National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ), and the Oxford Entrepreneurs Society.
